Engineering College (TEC) is one of the premier Educational Institutions
dedicated to impart quality education and promoting excellence in academic
pursuits in the field of Engineering, Technology and Management.
Tirumala
Engineering College (TEC) was found in the year 2001 by the Tirumala Medical
Academy, is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University,
Hyderabad (JNTUH), Andhra Pradesh. It is approved by All India Council for
Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi with Registration No. 73050340(E)
ET/2001; and is recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh.

in-depth domain knowledge in the students competence and highly qualified
faculty to evolve into a centre of academic and research excellence in the
country and to become an Educational Institute of International reputation
by promoting Technological research, design and development.
Location:
Tirumala Engineering College is located in a lush green landscape of
Bhogaram Village in Keesara Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is spread into
12 acres of land and is free from pollution. It is exactly located at a
distance of 14 Km from ECIL ‘X’ Roads and 20 Km from Uppal Ring Road. It is
well connected by the road to Hyderabad and Secunderabad via ECIL, Ghatkesar,
Uppal and Shamirpet

College of Engineering is being run under the noble guidance of Mr.K.Vidya
Sagar Rao M.L.A. of Korutla, Karimnagar District. He is a renowned
Politician, philanthropist and an Educationalist. He is the guiding force
for Tirumala Engineering College.
PRINCIPAL
Dr.
K. Dargaiah is the principal, with highest academic credentials of B.E.
(Mech) Osmania University, M.S. (Mech) JNTU, Hyderabad and Ph.D. from Indian
Institute of Technology(Madras).He is an excellent academician and obtained
degrees from the renowned universities of India. He worked in BHEL (R&D),
Hyderabad for 35 years in the area of Tribology and Machine Dynamics
Laboratory and retired after superannuation in the year 2008.Many Research
Scholars were awarded M.S. & M.Tech. degrees under his valuable supervision.
His articles were published in various National and International Journals &
conferences.

Training &
Placement Cell
Tirumala
Engineering College has a dedicated placement cell helping students for
final placements and summer training. The Placement cell invites business
firms such as DELL, Mahindra-Satyam, HCL Technologies, Wipro, Converges,
ATI Technologies, IBM, Google, Yahoo etc. for campus placements. The
Institute has recruited two well trained Corporate & Soft Skills trainers to
train the students to polish the Communication skills of the students and
train them how to succeed in Group Discussions, Interviews, and JAM
sessions, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking and Report Writing. It
conducts Off Campus and on campus interviews. JKC Star Centre of IEG
(Institute of Electronic Governance) is present in our college. On an
average thirty percent students are placed in MNCs and forty percent are
moving abroad for higher studies. Alumni are holding positions in leading
Industries and Multi National Companies in India and abroad.

We are very happy to inform that there
are about 75 placements last year i.e. 2009-10 and about 45 placements this
year (till today i.e.23/04/2011) from various companies like Infosys,
Mphasis, Syntel, HCL, Vital Soft & Appin Technologies, Serene Global
Services etc.
