To generate excellent human resources that contribute to the development of institute, it is necessary to have a team of teachers dedicated to quality and excellence forged with spirit of innovation and scientific temper. TEC energies are focused on this aspect, while recruiting teaching staff through duly constituted selection committee. A team of experience and well qualified teaching faculty of a cadre of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and senior faculty with research experience are chosen to promote education. They motivate and inspire the students to learn and excel. These are regular activities for faculty on effective teaching and industrial training. Conducting seminars, arranging industrial tours, guest lectures, executing assignments, test and projects, time to time assessment of student abilities, implementing proper methods to improve the student’s performance and guiding them towards suitable and high level jobs in various top level industries are some of the priorities of the faculty. In addition, a galaxy of entrepreneurs and industrialists are invited to be visiting faculty. Well qualified non teaching staffs are available to serve the needs of the students.
